Because every head of hair is unique, results may vary depending on factors such as hair type, routine, environment, and usage. We do not guarantee specific results.

Our products are for external use only. Always perform a patch test before full application.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices listed on our website are in IDR unless stated otherwise.

Once an order is placed on the marketplace and payment is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Shipping

We only ship within Indonesia unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery timing lies with the shipping provider.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of personal care products, opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable. We do not provide returns at the moment.

Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.
